If you’ve tried to make change in the past and failed, or are looking to create change in 2021 that will actually stick, you’re in luck. We’re hosting Change Anything (For Good!), a habit change seminar, on Saturday, January 30th from 10:00-11:15 am at the gym. You’ll learn how to eliminate habits you hate, restart habits you had, and create new habits you’ll hang onto forever. You will walk away with worksheets you can reuse in the future, an accountability partner that will keep you on track, and a plan you can execute on Monday morning. We’ll teach you: 1. How to “shrink your danger window” 2. Which “keystone habits” you can use to your advantage 3. An “instant ability” exercise that will make it impossible to fail **Attendance fee will be donated to Wings Flights of Hope**
